The requirements for heavy-duty centrifugal pumps for aggressive substances keep growing ever more stringent. Increased pressures, higher temperatures and flow rates and ever more challenging substances place huge demands on industrial installations. That is why we created the STÜBBE X-CLASS, the new generation of heavy-duty centrifugal pumps made of plastic. This standardized pump system can withstand practically anything.

Transcend limits with the STÜBBE X-Class
The performance ratings of our STÜBBE X-CLASS pumps are designed for the extreme challenges in industrial installations: The drive power is up to 315 kW, with a flow rate of 1,100 m³/h and a delivery head up to 120 m! STÜBBE X-CLASS pumps can withstand temperatures between -20°C and +150°C and pressures of up to 16 bar.
Their optimized resistance, robust design and impressive capacity are what gives the standardized centrifugal pumps of the STÜBBE X-CLASS their exceptional strength and reliability. On top of that, they are suitable for a wide variety of applications. And thanks to low acquisition costs and a long service life, they achieve great economic effects.
The robust plastic configuration is also resistant against aggressive, solid-filled, crystallizing and toxic substances. Efficient hydraulic constructions are also used for this purpose.
This permits a previously unattainable performance in processes and pumping tasks. Centrifugal pumps of the STÜBBE X-CLASS are designed for extreme conditions!

The versatile applications of the STÜBBE X-Class
Our STÜBBE X-CLASS centrifugal pumps for chemicals currently include five models: With modular design in horizontal or vertical position, with mechanical seal (single and double acting), with magnetic coupling, in block and process design and in up to 18 sizes. This covers the requirements of a wide range of processes involving highly aggressive or solid-filled substances. Moreover, STÜBBE X-CLASS pumps will impress you with their low total cost.
