Use time-tested solutions with the stübbe classic

The key data of STÜBBE CLASSIC pumps are designed for common processes in industrial installations: Their drive power is max. 11 kW, with a flow rate of up to 130 m³/h and a delivery head of up to 42 m. STÜBBE CLASSIC pumps can withstand temperatures between -20 °C and +80 °C and pressures of up to 6 bar.

STÜBBE CLASSIC pumps have a modular design, making even their initial acquisition highly attractive from a price perspective. Some of these pumps can even be configured and ordered directly online on this website, allowing us to achieve extremely short delivery times.

The plastic configuration selected according to the application is resistant to aggressive substances without solids.

STÜBBE CLASSIC centrifugal pumps cover a wide range of industrial applications and pumping tasks.

The stübbe classic: versatility in action

There are three series of our STÜBBE CLASSIC centrifugal pumps for chemicals. They are based on a modular system: As horizontal or vertical installation, with mechanical seal (single and double-acting), with magnetic coupling, in a block or process design and in up to 13 sizes. With these variants, we meet the requirements of a wide range of processes involving aggressive substances without solids. In addition, the STÜBBE CLASSIC pumps will impress you with their great value for money.

STÜBBE CLASSIC centrifugal pumps for chemicals:

  • SHB as horizontal volute casing centrifugal pump with shaft sealing
  • SHM as horizontal volute casing centrifugal pump with magnetic coupling
  • ETLB as vertical submersible pump in block design

Advantages of stübbe classic centrifugal pumps

  • 01
    Durability

Being made of highly durable plastic makes STÜBBE CLASSIC centrifugal pumps particularly robust, even when handling aggressive substances.

  • 02
    Reliable function

The sturdy design of our centrifugal pumps ensures high efficiency and a particularly long service life.

  • 03
    Low-maintenance

Combining use of plastic as the material and a sturdy design reduces the need for maintenance.

  • 04
    Configuration options

All centrifugal pumps can be configured precisely for your application, in particular with the aid  of the innovative mechanical seal kit.

  • 05
    Shaft sealing / mechanical seal

All mechanical seals are based on our innovative mechanical seal kit and are used flexibly depending on the specific requirements.

  • 06
    Magnetic coupling

This technology guarantees that the pump is hermetically sealed against the atmosphere and is suitable for challenging applications with even the most stringent environmental requirements.

  • 07
    Cost-effectiveness

Their price advantage over metal pumps and their long service lives make centrifugal pumps made of plastic an economically attractive choice, too.

  • 08
    Low weight

The plastic types we use are lighter than most metals.

  • 09

Plastic pumps for extreme demands are our specialty

Our innovative and highly resistant centrifugal pumps set new standards! Making our pumps of high-quality plastics (PE and PVDF for the STÜBBE CLASSIC) guarantees reliable function, minimized wear, a long service life and safety - even under extreme conditions. We make no compromises when implementing these quality standards for all of our modular ranges of plastic pumps. The materials we use offer a variety of advantages, such as electrical insulation, resistance to corrosion, a long service life, light weight, low friction, environmental compatibility, versatility, low maintenance requirements and cost effectiveness.

Robust pumps of the stübbe classic series for many different substances

Handling aggressive substances without solids in industrial applications is a highly complex and challenging task. We have adapted our STÜBBE CLASSIC centrifugal pumps specifically to this challenge. Their modular design includes horizontal and vertical variants, pumps with mechanical seals, with magnetic couplings and different drive ratings, flow rates / pumping heads and a variety of nominal diameters.
We have the right plastic pump for any industrial application. Give our pump finder a try!

We have defined over 1600 aggressive substances that you can find in our extensive chemical resistance list (PDF available for download).
