The STÜBBE online shop is a B2B shop and is exclusively intended for businesses and their employees. 

For each company, you can create a customer account, which receives a customer number. This customer number is then used to link your employees to your company. 

The first registration is completed without a customer number; afterwards employees indicate the customer number in their personal registration. For initial registration, please contact us by e-mail or phone (contact information see below)!

All registered employees can view the information for your company, including information generated by other employees: 

• specific net prices based on the terms for your company
• current and past orders
• which employee placed which orders
• lists of favorites for products, configurations and spare parts
• invoice and delivery addresses
• company information

In your personal customer account, you can change your password at any time or request to change your e-mail address.

Here you can find an extensive range of customizable pumps, valves and measuring and control systems for machine and plant construction. 

Our high-quality products made of plastic are designed for challenging industrial applications involving aggressive substances. The products we offer are intended exclusively for businesses. 

Simply use the navigation categories or the search function at the top right. 

You can also search for products by their item number. 

For an overview of all spare parts, navigate to the category Service > Spare parts. 

Moreover, at the bottom of the page for a product, you can find the results list of product variants. In this list you can find one link to matching spare parts for each variant.

You can custom-configure all products, centrifugal pumps, valves, measuring and control systems!
Simply click the “CONFIGURE & ORDER” button on the page for the product. 

Then create your product version adapted precisely to your application with just a few clicks. This will change the results list containing prices at the bottom of the page. 

Should prices for your configuration be unavailable, you can find an online form for non-binding requests at the bottom of the page. 

Of course we also offer technical consultation services for our products and their applications. You can always find the right contact person at the bottom of each page.

To see the discounted net prices based on the specific terms for your company, you will have to register first, i.e. create a customer account for your company.

No, in the STÜBBE online shop there are no minimum order values or low-quantity surcharges.

You can choose from the following six payment methods: 

• Payment on receipt of invoice (as of your second order) 
• Credit card: Mastercard or VISA 
• PayPal 
• Instant transfer

The payment method can be selected for each order. 

Yes, you can enter different invoice and delivery addresses in the ordering process (for each order) and these are saved for future orders.
