Optimize your effectiveness with the STÜBBE E-Class

A wide variety of industrial processes are covered by the parameters of STÜBBE E-CLASS pumps: Their drive power is max. 55 kW, the flow rate up to 250 m³/h and the delivery head is up to 65 m. STÜBBE E-CLASS pumpscan also withstand high temperatures between +5 °C and +100 °C and pressures of up to 9 bar.

The horizontal block design of STÜBBE E-CLASS pumps is modular, as with all STÜBBE centrifugal pumps. With the help of our experts, the pumps can be customized specifically for each application. The plastic configuration selected in accordance with the application is resistant to aggressive substances with a low solids content.

The STÜBBE E-CLASS therefore offers a reliable solution for the majority of handling tasks at the best possible value for money.

Cost-effective and reliable: the STÜBBE E-Class

The STÜBBE E-CLASS series of centrifugal pumps for chemicals has a modular design as a horizontal installation, with mechanical seal (single and double-acting), in a block or process design and in up to 12 sizes. This meets the requirements of numerous processes involving aggressive substances with a low solids content. In addition to its extremely high reliability, the STÜBBE E-CLASS offers excellent value for money.

Plastic pumps for extreme demands are our specialty

Our innovative and highly resistant centrifugal pumps set new standards! Making our pumps of high-quality plastics (PE and PVDF for the STÜBBE E-CLASS) guarantees reliable function, minimized wear, a long service life and safety - even under extreme conditions. We make no compromises when implementing these quality standards for all of our modular ranges of plastic pumps. The materials we use offer a variety of advantages, such as electrical insulation, resistance to corrosion and abrasion, a long service life, light weight, low friction, environmental compatibility, versatility, low maintenance requirements and cost effectiveness.

Robust pumps of the STÜBBE E-CLASS for many different substances

Handling aggressive substances with a low content of non-abrasive solids in industrial applications is a highly complex and challenging task. We have adapted our centrifugal pumps specifically to this challenge. Their modular design includes 12 horizontal variants, pumps with mechanical seals, a variety of drive ratings, flow rates / delivery heads and various nominal diameters. We have the right plastic pump for any industrial application. Give our pump finder a try!

We have defined over 1600 aggressive substances that you can find in our extensive chemical resistance list (PDF available for download).
